Rounded corners

You can have 6.35mm rounded corners applied to any or all corners of flat or scored cards. Rounded corners are available for all print finishes (digital, letterpress etc.) except edge foiling.

Rounded corners can be applied to any size of flat or scored card. Please supply your artwork at the correct dimensions, the rounded corners are added after trimming your order to size.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want your corners to be a different radius, you'll need to create a Custom Die.

Rigid Signage and Posters

There's a 'rounded corner' shape available for all Rigid Signage and Posters sizes - so you don't need to choose it as another process.

Stickers / Labels

There're also 'rounded corner' shapes available for standard shapes sticker sheets for square and rectangles.
