UNDER-ESTIMATE & OVER-DELIVER
While we ask you to please allow for the times below, they actually give us a bit of 'wriggle room' -- just in case something happens or if we're having a crazy-busy period.
For example, our checking process might find an error and we need to re-print, or a machine may need servicing -- it still holds up the process.
But we do love to surprise you with an early delivery wherever possible...
...we just don't want you to count on it as expected.
- For custom print orders with large quantities or multiple print processes, we'll provide a realistic turnaround timeframe with your quote.
- Please let our Customer Happiness Managers know when requesting a quote, your deadline to allow us to explore the options available if there's tight timeframes.
- We may need to review the quoted turnaround after The Printery has checked your artwork to determine the complexity of your order.
- We'll let you know a completion date when your order is placed and paid for.
- Your orders are important to us! We'll always strive to complete your order when expected, but occasionally life or circumstances outside of our control may impact your order 🙁.
- If we feel that quality of your order may be affected by the timeframe our Customer Happiness Managers will contact you ASAP to keep you up to date if for any reason your order might be delayed. We want you to be 110% thrilled with your printing!
TURNAROUND TIMES START FROM WHEN COMPLETE, CORRECT AND FINAL PRINT READY ARTWORK IS RECEIVED. ANY CHANGES/EDITS OR ADDITIONS TO ARTWORK, OR EXTRA ORDER ITEMS WILL IMPACT YOUR TURNAROUND.
