Turnaround times for letterpress, foiling or embossing

Letterpress, foiling and embossing are multi-step hand-made processes that take time to produce stunning results!

Your digital artwork is converted to negatives, plates or magnesium blocks (or both for embossing work). Your chosen stocks are then stamped or inked, trimmed or diecut and lovingly hand finished.

The more processes you add (like die cutting or double thick stocks), the longer the turnaround times.

***Remember if it's urgent then add Priority Processing to your order at the checkout. Don't forget extra finishes add extra days, see the examples below.

Your order and correct artwork MUST be received by 8am WST to be shipped on the sixth business day (subject to conditions below).***

• TURNAROUND TIMES start when complete, correct and final print ready artwork is received.
• ANY CHANGES, EDITS OR ADDITIONS TO ARTWORK will delay your order as it will rejoin The Printery queue from the beginning!
• EXTRA ITEMS ADDED to your order may cause delays. 
• EXTRA DAYS FOR TURNAROUND may be added to orders at Peterkin's discretion. For instance: multiple print processes (duplexing, die cutting etc), variable data and large order quantities. These increase the complexity of your order for us to achieve to our high standard. 

Embossing,1 Colour Letterpress or 1 Colour Foil

REGULAR: 10 full business days + shipping

PRIORITY: 6 full business days + Shipping

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each additional process (die cut, foil, second colour foil, edge foil, letterpress or second letterpress colour. Add 2 extra days for duplex if your job has digital or foil as we duplex AFTER the foil.

1 Colour Letterpress

REGULAR: 10 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY:  6 Working Days + Shipping

EXAMPLE 2:

2 Colour Letterpress

REGULAR: 11 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 7 Working Days + Shipping

EXAMPLE 3:

1 Colour Letterpress + 1 Colour Foil + Duplex (2 days due to duplex after foil) + Edge Foil

REGULAR: 14 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 10 Working Days + Shipping

Please note: Processing times BEGIN once we've received your full payment and correct artwork.

For custom print jobs with more processes, we will provide a turnaround timeframe at the time of quoting.

The delivery time will depend on what you select as a shipping option when checking out.
