If your order is still in your shopping cart, you can edit it right up until the shipping is calculated and you pay online.
Any additions after this time will need to be placed as a separate online order, however:
- If you want to add to your order, please call customer service as soon as possible. We may be able to help in some instances.
- This may incur an additional handling fee of $11.00 inc. GST.
- If we're able to assist by adding to your order, please note that turnaround times will be affected. (see section on turnaround for more information below).
- DO NOT place a second order through the website and ask for us to credit shipping. Again, you must contact us as the order will need to placed by us with the correct shipping etc. handling fee may be deducted off any credit owing.
Changes to artwork
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your artwork after you have placed the order and uploaded/sent artwork. Depending on whether your order has gone into production, we may be able to cancel it before the job is printed but this can't be guaranteed. Please be aware that any changes or additions to your original order increase the chance that your order may be incorrect or incomplete (especially for printed items if you've made multiple resubmissions of artwork).
If your order is in the process of printing, we may be able to stop it midway and recover some of the costs for a credit.
If your order has completed the printing stage, we'll not be able to cancel, credit, or accept a return on the order.
*TURNAROUND TIMES START FROM WHEN COMPLETE, CORRECT AND FINAL PRINT READY ARTWORK IS RECEIVED. ANY CHANGES/EDITS OR ADDITIONS TO ARTWORK, OR EXTRA ORDER ITEMS WILL IMPACT YOUR TURNAROUND.
Incorrect shipping address?
However, if you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us on 08-9271-9255 AND follow up with an email to despatch@peterkin.com.au (so we have it in writing) as soon as you become aware – we don’t want your order heading off to the wrong address. As long as it’s not been shipped, we can alter the shipping address for you.
