How long is the turnaround time for printing?

UNDER-ESTIMATE & OVER-DELIVER
 

While we ask you to please allow for the times below, they actually give us a bit of 'wriggle room' - just in case something happens or if we're having a crazy-busy period.

For example, our checking process might find an error and we need to re-print, or a machine may need servicing - it still holds up the process.

But we do love to surprise you with an early delivery wherever possible...
...we just don't want you to count on it as expected.

Please note for Priority Processing your order and correct artwork MUST be received by 8am WST to be same day shipped, subject to the conditions below: 

• TURNAROUND TIMES start when complete, correct and final print ready artwork is received.
• ANY CHANGES, EDITS OR ADDITIONS TO ARTWORK will delay your order as it will rejoin The Printery queue from the beginning!
• EXTRA ITEMS ADDED to your order may cause delays. 
• EXTRA DAYS FOR TURNAROUND may be added to orders at Peterkin's discretion. For instance: multiple print processes (duplexing, die cutting etc), variable data and large order quantities. These increase the complexity of your order for us to achieve to our high standard.

Digital Printing (CMYK & White Ink)
 

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped same day) 

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each of these additional processes: 

• Peterkin Standard Shapes or Existing Custom die cut shapes
• Edge foiling
• Custom drilling

PLUS add TWO EXTRA days:

• NEW Custom Die Cut Shapes  - so we can check your die line meets our guidelines
• Duplexing (gluing sheets together) requires time to gently dry.

For Custom Digital or Laser die cut shapes, please be aware that larger quantities and/or intricate designs may increase turnaround times. If your die line is unsuitable we'll contact you to discuss alternatives.

Digital Gold & Silver
Longer turnaround times than standard digital printing

Please add 2 business days, for example:

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + 2 extra Business Days = 5 business days + Shipping
 

PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + 2 extra Business Days = 3 business days + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped on day 3)
