Turnaround times for letterpress, foiling or embossing

Letterpress, foiling and embossing are multi-step hand-made processes that take time to produce stunning results!

The more processes you add (like die cutting or double thick stocks), the longer the turnaround times.

***Remember if it's urgent then add Priority Processing to your order at the checkout. Don't forget extra finishes add extra days, see the examples below.

• TURNAROUND TIMES start when complete, correct and final print ready artwork is received.
• ANY CHANGES, EDITS OR ADDITIONS TO ARTWORK will delay your order as it will rejoin The Printery queue from the beginning!
• EXTRA ITEMS ADDED to your order may cause delays. 
• Processing times BEGIN once we've received your full payment and correct artwork. 

1 PMS Colour Letterpress (includes digital printing option)

REGULAR: 10 full business days + shipping

PRIORITY: 6 full business days + Shipping

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each of these additional processes: 

• Peterkin Standard Shapes or Existing Custom die cut shapes
• Edge foiling
• Custom drilling
• Adding an extra process like second PMS colour letterpress or Hot Foil
• Digital printing - variable data (guest names or different design on each page)

PLUS add TWO EXTRA days:

• NEW Custom Die Cut Shapes - so we can check your die line meets our guidelines
• Duplexing (gluing sheets together) requires time to gently dry.

Embossing or 1 colour Hot Foil Press (includes digital printing option)

(also includes digital or white ink with no extra time required. Add 1 day for VARIABLE DATA digital printing - guest names or different design on each piece)

REGULAR: 13 full business days + shipping

PRIORITY: 9 full business days + Shipping

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each of these additional processes: 

• Peterkin Standard Shapes or Existing Custom die cut shapes
• Edge foiling
• Custom drilling
• Adding an extra process like second PMS colour letterpress or Hot Foil
• Variable Data Digital Printing (guest names or different design on each piece)

PRIORITY:  6 Working Days + Shipping

EXAMPLE 2:

2 Colour Letterpress

REGULAR: 11 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 7 Working Days + Shipping 

EXAMPLE 3:

1 Colour Foil + 1 colour Letterpress + Edge Foil

REGULAR: 15 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 11 Working Days + Shipping 
 

EXTRA DAYS FOR TURNAROUND may be added to orders at Peterkin's discretion. For instance: variable data and large order quantities. These increase the complexity of your order for us to achieve to our high standard.
