How long is the turnaround time for printing?

UNDER-ESTIMATE & OVER-DELIVER

Whilst we ask you to please allow for the times below, they actually give us a bit of 'wriggle room' -- just in case something happens or if we're having a crazy-busy period.

For example, our checking process might find an error and we need to re-print, or a machine may need servicing -- it still holds up the process.

But we do love to surprise you with an early delivery wherever possible...
...we just don't want you to count on it as expected.

Once The Printery has received your completed order, paid and complete with correct artwork, our processing times are as follows:

(Please note for Priority Processing your order and correct artwork MUST be received by 8am WST to be same day shipped.)

Digital Printing (CMYK & White Ink)

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped same day) 

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each of these additional processes: die cutting, edge foiling and custom drilling.

DIGITAL CUSTOM DIE CUTTING Please be aware that larger quantities and/or intricate designs may increase turnaround times for digitally die cut products. If your die line is unsuitable for digital die cutting one of our Customer Happiness Managers will contact you to discuss alternatives.

DUPLEXING (gluing sheets together) requires time to gently dry so we require an additional TWO business days.

Digital Printing (CMYK) on Indie Handmade
Longer turnaround times than standard digital printing

Please add 2 business days, for example:

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + 2 extra Business Days = 5 business days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + 2 extra Business Days = 3 business days + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped on day 3) 

Digital Gold/Silver/Metallics
Longer turnaround times than standard digital printing

Please add 2 business days, for example:

REGULAR: 3 FULL Business Days + 2 extra Business Days = 5 business days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 1 FULL Business Day + 2 extra Business Days = 3 business days + Shipping (must be received by 8am WST to be shipped on day 3)

PLUS add an EXTRA day for each additional process (die cut, foil, second colour foil, edge foil, letterpress or second letterpress colour)

EXAMPLE 3:

1 Colour Letterpress + 1 Colour Foil + Duplex + Edge Foil

REGULAR: 13 Working Days + Shipping

PRIORITY: 9 Working Days + Shipping

Please note: Processing times BEGIN once we've received your full payment and correct artwork by 8am WST.

For custom print jobs with more processes, we will provide a turnaround timeframe at the time of quoting.

The delivery time will depend on what you select as a shipping option when checking out.
