If your order hasn't been delivered within the expected shipping time frame please contact the shipping company (shipping method) with your tracking number found in your dispatch email to locate it.
You can track your shipment via the despatch email that's sent when your order was shipped. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing the details of the relevant order.
Authority to leave
Australia Post and Startrack have an authority to leave your orders in a safe space if you're not able to directly receive your parcel. It's at the delivery person's discretion whether to leave it or to take your order to a post office or collection point, which is outside of Peterkin's control 🙁.
If your order has been delivered or diverted to a collection point, you'll receive notification from the shipping company. Photographic evidence of your parcel at the 'safe space to leave' will also be retained by the shipping company as proof of delivery*.
*If your parcel has been successfully delivered, but has subsequently gone missing/stolen, please contact our Customer Happiness Managers for help in ordering a discounted reprint.
If you have no success in contacting the shipping company, submit a request and we'll investigate further.
