Notes about shipping

Shipping is charged at Startrack/Australia Post eParcel rates and will be calculated during the checkout process in the online shopping cart, based on the weight of items ordered.
We offer free Startrack road freight for all wholesale orders over $850 incl. GST up to 25kg (free shipping is not offered on flat sheet stock or pallets/skids)
As Startrack are a courier service, please make this selection only if there will be someone there to receive the goods (i.e. a business address).
If the Startrack driver deems it unsafe to leave your parcel, you'll be carded which is a $9.35 incl. GST fee and if re-delivered an added fee of $14.30 incl. GST is charged, which we reserve the right to pass on to you.
If you're not able to receive your parcel directly, Australia Post’s eParcel service has the authority to leave your order in a 'safe space'. This is at the delivery person's discretion, which is outside of Peterkin's control. Australia Post will take a photo as proof of delivery or leave a card for you to collect from a post office.
Please select Australia post as your shipping method if you’re sending to a PO box.
All other services must be delivered to a business or residential address, and will be marked as “Authority to Leave” unless specified otherwise.
Shipping costs on orders weighing more than 25kgs (Startrack) will be quoted and invoiced separately as and when the order has been packed.
