Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes you can 😊. We'll let you know by email once your order is 'shipped' so you can collect it from Despatch (Order Collection entrance).

We’re open from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

OWN COURIER (UBER COLLECTIONS etc.)

If you're organising your own courier (including Uber etc.) please make sure to provide the person collecting your order with the following information:

• Your PET order number
• Your business name / order name
• Instruction to collect from 'Order Collection & Small Deliveries entrance' NOT the Peterkin Sales Office entrance.
