Variable data (personalised/multiple names etc) is available at no extra cost for all types of digital printing
Supply your artwork correctly
If you have multiple names for personalised invites, envelope addresses or place cards or multiple numbers for table numbers, set them up as one per page (i.e. for 50 guest names, your PDF should be 50 pages).
Double sided printing with varaible data on ONE side
If you have different names on one side - but exactly the same design on the other then you can send your artwork as two separate PDFs (one multipage PDF for the variable data and a single page PDF for the second side).
OR
Send a multi-page PDF with the variable data with the first page being the 'common' side for all the pronts. It's also handy if you write in your order comments that your digital printing has variable data.
Double sided printing with variable data on TWO sides
If your double-sided cards have variable data or a different design on both sides (guest name on side one, special message on the other). Please provide a multi-page PDF alternating the pages (front, back, front, back).
We can also 'mail merge' for you for envelopes and place cards!
For envelopes, simply choose from one of our eight standard designs for name and address printing and we will do the rest. All you need to do is fill out our spreadsheet template with your guest details and then we will print in your chosen style. Our designs allow for names and addresses on the front and a return address on the back if you like.
Envelope Printing - Peterkin Standard Designs
For place cards, we offer eight standard designs suitable for single sided printing on six different shapes/sizes of place card.

Good to know
Because of the production and set up costs involved, variable data isn't available for letterpress, hot foil press or embossing. If you want these print finishes and you wanted personalised guest names (or numbering for instance) you'd need to have that part of the design digitally printed as a separate print finish.
