Please submit a general enquiries Request ticket fill in as much detail as you can including letting us know your PET order number and product description, and of course detail of what damage has occurred, and we’ll take it from there. We'll get back to you at the latest within two business days.
If you receive damaged goods, please upload photos of the order AND the packaging with your request ticket as it can be helpful to understand the nature of any damage.
