Hey, it happens…but we can’t just have product turning up in the mail with no way of tracking or knowing what’s going on.
Only UNPRINTED items, in original packaging and sellable condition can be returned.
If you’ve ordered the wrong unprinted product or changed your mind and want to send it back, you’ll need to let us know within five business days of delivery, so don’t put it off! (either by phone or email to customerservice@peterkin.com.au) so we know to expect it.
When sending the goods back to us (sorry that’s at your own cost), make sure they’re packed well as all items need to be received back in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.
Obviously, we can’t accept damaged returns…
Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND only. Returns that are due to ordering the wrong item or customer error may attract a 20% restocking fee of the value of the returned goods.
We DON'T accept returns on permanently marked down SALE items, seconds or Made To Order (MTO) items.
