What sizes of envelopes do you make/manufacture?

We make the below sizes as standard in house. 

• 130x190mm also known as Invitation or 5x7"
• C6 (114x162mm)
• 150x150mm square
• C5 (229 x 162mm)
• DL (220x110mm)
• 11B (90x145mm)
• 105x105mm square
• 130x130mm square 

Not all colours and stocks are available in every envelope size or flap style. Check the stock drop-downs for each style to see what's available.

Are you after an envelope size we don't have?

Consider creating your own envelope die cut! For smaller runs digital die cutting is suitable, for larger runs and on certain stocks a traditional die would be more appropriate. If you would like these printed, then the flat size of your envelope die must be A3 (297x420mm) or smaller.

We can supply these flat or assembled.
